• 聖公會心意行動1126火災支援熱線接聽超過 1,400 個來電,提供即時資訊及情緒支援
• 安寧服務團隊在大埔社區及富山殮房向逾 50 位逝者之家屬提供殯葬支援,減輕其在哀傷中的壓力
•由具危機事故壓力處理專業認證的同工,為逾 2,030 人次提供創傷壓力心理支援
• 藥健同心香港聖公會社區藥房為 400 人次提供緊急配藥及藥物諮詢服務,確保居民安全用藥
• 黃大仙地區康健中心團隊到大埔的庇護站設立流動醫護站,提供簡單護理、護理諮詢和情緒支援,服務690 人次

【Comprehensive Support for Affected Families of the Wang Fuk Court Fire】
The Welfare Council has been providing immediate and continuous assistance to affected households, including:
• The S.K.H. Act of Love 1126 Fire Disaster Support Fund has distributed HK$5,000 (per household) in emergency fund to over 1,570 households.
• The S.K.H. Act of Love 1126 Fire Disaster Support Hotline has handled over 1,400 calls, providing immediate information and emotional support.
• The End-of-Life Care Services team has provided funeral support to the families of over 50 deceased individuals at the Tai Po community and Fu Shan Public Mortuary, alleviating their burden during this time of grief.
• Colleagues certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) have provided psychological support for trauma and stress to over 2,030 attendees.
• PHARM+ Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Community Pharmacy has provided emergency dispensing and medication consultation services to 400 attendees, ensuring the safe use of medication for residents.
• Wong Tai Sin District Health Centre set up a mobile medical station at the shelter in Tai Po, offering basic nursing care, nursing consultations, and emotional support, serving 690 attendees.
