May has worked in various industries but has never worked in a social enterprise before. A little over two years ago, May had to quit her job due to an injury and took more than half-year-off for recovery. During the period, she felt lost and considered early retirement, but deep down, she still hoped to make good use of her time and abilities.
By a fortunate coincidence, she was recommended by her daughter to join the Organisation's social enterprise - In Art House, a social enterprise, and embarked on a new chapter in her life by working as a part-time shop assistant in the social enterprise. May has been quietly dedicating herself to her work, not only performing general shop duties but also impressing others with her ability to quickly integrate into the work team and grasp job requirements in a short period of time.
With her previous experiences in the service industry, May possesses a strong customer service attitude. In addition to proactively understanding and responding to customer needs, she also takes the initiative to introduce various services provided by the Organisation, hoping to assist customers and their families. Furthermore, May has made significant progress and contributions in her role at work. Despite not being familiar with computers, she has put in great effort and taken the initiative to learn. She is now able to handle the computer systems in the shop, ensuring smooth operations.
