Organizational Structure
1. The Management Committee of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited ("Welfare Council") is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Welfare Council. It is authorized to manage, oversee, and develop the financial, human resources, and social service matters of the Organization.
2. The Management Committee consists of no more than seventeen members, including the Chairman, Vice-chairman, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, three vicar from the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Anglican Churches in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing District, no more than six members, three ex-officio members appointed by the Welfare Council, and the ex-officio member (Director).
Duties and Responsibilities
The Management Committee, empowered by the regulations of the H.K.S.K.H. Lady MacLehose Centre, represents the Welfare Council to manage, approve, and supervise the financial, personnel, service, and development matters of the center. It is also authorized to sign relevant documents.
