Jockey Club Carer Space Project (Since 2023)
承蒙香港賽馬會慈善信託基金於 2023 年贊助「賽馬會護老導航照顧者支援計劃」，長者中心得以在荃葵青區的核心地帶——新都會廣場設立賽馬會照顧者中心（葵芳），照顧者中心以平行小組模式，舉辦照顧者支援和長者暫顧服務，例如彈性暫託服務，滿足護老者與長者的身心社靈需要，同時提升社區人士對照顧者的關注，推動構建照顧者友善社區。
Yip Shing Street Modular Social Housing Project – LMC Hub • Yip Shing (Since 2022)
The residents of the "Yip Shing Street Modular Social Housing Project - LMC Hub • Yip Shing" funded by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service moved-in in December 2022. It provides affordable transitional social housing and appropriate social services for citizens who have been waiting for public housing for a long time or those living in unsuitable conditions. Jockey Club "Linking Hub" Project - Community Support Service for Sub-divided Unit Families (Since 2022)
本機構推行之賽馬會「絡區樂居」劏房家庭支援計劃針對劏房家庭婦女及兒童在身心及靈性靜觀健康、社區互助及改善生活空間環境三個範疇，連結不同新舊劏房戶、社區夥伴及不同社區支援服務的協作，設立社區廚房及洗衣站。
